How To Change A Flat
There will be a tire changing clinic on Thursday, July 15, 7:00PM at Beverly Bike. This will be a hands-on clinic so bring a flat or use one of ours. Pre-registration is madatory. Email: mltrainer@ameritech.net to reserve a spot.
RideCivil
All bicyclists over 12 are invited to join in our monthly RideCivil bike ride. The mission statement of RideCivil is “to promote civility between motorists, pedestrians and cyclists. We signal and stop, smile and wave, ride single file and yield to pedestrians. We won’t be corking or blocking traffic, just safely cycling our city.”
The ride will start at 99th and Walden Pkwy. and end at a local “sweet” spot. The route will be decided that evening.
Club Rides
Club rides are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30. Meet at Starbucks on 103rd and Longwood. To get up-to-date info on rides visit the club's Chainlink site:

If there is any interest for a weekend group trail ride, post it on Chainlink and I will put it together.
Commuting Quote
For that man who travels by his own exertions no day can be dull and no journey without an abiding interest....Very wisely it was said, All travel is dull exactly in proportion to its rapidity." HW Tilman, "Snow on the Equator," McMillian, 1938.

Stop by Beverly Bike & Ski and fill out a membership application and pay your dues. Dues will once again be $10.00.
